as garshana opens the skin pores so abhyanga oil can penetrate, soothe, and deeply nourish the skin. We start with garshana and finish with abhyanga. This massage helps to improve the lymphatic, nervous, and circulatory system thus improving our immune system.  Using a variety of rhythmical circular friction strokes to lubricate your tissues and help loosen toxins and sweeping movements which relax the nervous system, and circulate energy while providing rest, nourishment, and rejuvenation.

Garshana is not suitable for everyone and can cause imbalance which will be determined at the time of treatment.
