An Ayurvedic Consultation is an ideal starting point when dealing with, any health concerns, medical conditions or simply wanting to improve your health.

During your initial consultation, Julia will be listening to your concerns and gaining insight into your personal health history, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing.   During the 90 min consultation, you will discover your Ayurvedic body-type and how to maintain a balanced constitution that allows your body to cleanse and heal itself for optimum health. 

The three ayurvedic body types, or doshas, are Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Each type of dosha has a unique set of characteristics and the body type of a person depends on their physical and emotional attributes.

Observation (Darshan): The practitioner evaluates general physical health by looking at the individual and observing his/her movements, body contour, the color of the skin and eyes, facial lines and ridges, the shape of the nose, and qualities of the lips, hair, and nails.

Touch (Sparsha): The practitioner employs touch, including palpation and Ayurvedic pulse reading. 

Questions (Prashna): Clients will complete an in-depth questionnaire focusing on physical, mental, and psychological condition and a medical history form, followed up with the client’s complaints and symptoms, as well as the duration of discomfort and disease progression. 

Completed with recommendations and support for lifestyle modifications to clear toxicity and return your body to its natural balance.  Treatments & daily healing rituals using high-quality herbs and powerful essential oils. Diet recommendations specifically designed to balance the body’s intelligence, improve the clarity of mind, digestion, and vitality/immunity. Life-purpose coaching, disease prevention, and an understanding of your individual needs.

**A follow-up session is recommended after your initial consultation to help make any necessary adjustments and to make sure your needs are being met. This will provide you with ongoing support and further education with your health through Ayurvedic knowledge.
